Refund policy

All sales are final.

If you wish to cancel before receiving your merchandise there will be a 25% service fee based on the total purchase price. You will receive either a store credit or a refund for the difference. Once you take possession of your merchandise, there are no refunds or returns.

Any opened products, special orders, floor models, PO (purchase order), direct shipped products, and close-out products cannot be canceled or returned, or refunded. 

Examples of special orders: adjustable bases, custom-size mattresses, and furniture specially ordered for you. Special orders may take extra time. We give an approximate arrival time but cannot guarantee when you will receive it. We will do our best to keep you informed.
